Dark Azy was born in Rabat, Morocco. He spent his childhood in London, UK where he was known as "Jazzy Mike" due to his love to Jazz and Blues. Over the years Dark Azy had been influenced by the Jackson 5, Bob Marley, Elvis presley, Pac, Biggy, Dre, kanye and many more... At the age of 16, Dark Azy started playing the Guitar and Keyboard, composing complex melodies. He started his career as a DJ/MC while attending high school. From 1993 to 1998, Dark Azy lived in Boston where he successfully completed his MBA and discovered his great passion for urban music and Hip Hop. In 1999, he moved to the Far East more precisely Hong Kong where he happened to become the no. 1 Hip Hop-MC in the country. In early 2001, he moved back to London, UK continuing his mission. Another 2 years later, he met the love of his life in Zurich, Switzerland. Totally inspired, he is now working on his first surprise album "The Light of Darkness" that's coming out soon.
