To start from somewhere Riotous Future is a band in the Maltese punk scene supporting their identity and beliefs by making use of melodic strong music with (most times) violent lyrics.
The band was formed in October 2004 and consisted of Kuzzu, Denis, Philip and Michael. Genzora joined in later in November to add power and melody to Riotous Futures experimenting music. The style was a mixture of Oi! influenced by different styles, mainly street punk. Lyrics are based on various subjects although there's a consistent reference to violence as a way of sounding the low class voice.
However 3 years ago the band has made a few changes, first of which it was Michael our bassist the first to leave the band. 2 years later it was Philip the drummer who left due to personal reasons and Pini had took over on drums. Since then we've changed two other bassists.
The present line up is consisted of Kuzza (vox), Debbie (guitar+vox), Denis (guitar + vox), Alison (bass +vox) and last but surely not least with Carl (drums)
The band has recorded a song since then as a single (demo) with pini on drums and are currently working on some new tunes to come your way in future gigs!
