About Me
There is music that is fine, entertaining and sweeps you along. There is also furniture music which is played in hotel lobbies; then there is a sound, or a composition or a harmony that awakens within us certain inner recesses that are almost at the edge of time and space, they have a transformative element. There are certain symphonies, certain creations and artistic work that have taken that inspiration to the point beyond apparent human limitations, and this is what we strive for. We want transformation.
Information is useful in existential matters, but when it comes to matters of awakening, gnosis or self-knowledge, "information" is only useful if it leads to "transformation". We all ultimately seek Spiritual transformation, a primordial impulse or instinct. When there is no corresponding "light" with information, there is no transformation. Then it does not ignite or enlighten that aspect within us that yearns to be enlightened or transformed, it does not switch on that channel within us related to our inner spiritual high, our reality and our essence, if we do not nourish and nurture that essence, happiness may elude us.
The purpose of 'The Wayfarers' project is to connect to the dimension that exists to serve our creative intellect musically, to journey and explore the inner dimensions of our existence in order to achieve that inner transformation that we desire. To find the Hidden Treasure that is longing to be known, whose discovery lies within this very moment.
From that moment we discover that we are all destined to follow the path laid before us. From the moment of our birth we are breath by breath travelling towards the next realm, whether we perceive it or not. With realised perception we come to understand that the Path is about awareness of the higher within you and it is about pure conciousness, which is the key to all levels of enlightenment. The self or ego, which is the shadow of the soul, will then totally follow the movement of the soul and the appropriateness of the moment. The perfection of the moment can only be understood if you look at it through the light of the soul, which is the Divine gift to us.
The healthy wayfarer in this world sees all things and events as carrying messages for meanings, patterns and divine laws, that correspond and relate to the subtle energies within physical and material entities. The enlightened traveller sees the perfect light behind and within countless changes, shadows and forms. The truth is that there is One Absolute Truth, whose Generosity and Brilliance is as Ever-Present as the soul within the heart of the seeker.

RECENT NEWS:
'The Wayfarers have recently started a new collaboration entitled 'The Winds of Change'. It is collaboration between Daoud A. Haroon otherwise known as John Mancebo Lewis, Nusra Cassiem and 'The Wayfarers'.
We feel very blessed and honoured to be collaborationg with Mr Haroon and Nusra Cassiem and we hope that it will bear much musical fruit.
