About Me

Served in the Air Force for 20 years. I've been all over the world, twice! Many say they have visited, I say I have lived. Served in Desert Storm in 1990, Korea in 93, Afghanistan 3 days after 9/11. Lived in the Philippines, Japan, Germany, Korea, and Turkey ( Izmir). Visited Kuwait, Spain, Guam, Hawaii, South America, Mongolia, Russia, worked with Turkish soldiers under Nato, Iraqi troops, Eygpt and there troops. I love Middle Easterners!!! Greatest people I have ever met. Always invited me for tea. But, the place I love the most! Woodville, Ohio, HOME!!! Mama's cooking, brothers company, and respecting my Dad who is from Mexico. I am his pride and joy, and nothing makes me happier, then when he sees me in uniform with all my medals and he tells everyone that's my boy!!! I serve so that others may enjoy the great riches that my country offers. My family started out poor but, with hard work and determination we all progressed. Funny growing up in Ohio My brother, sister and I were shy because we were the only one's in the cafeteria with bean and cheese burritos. Go figure 20 years later, that's what people want. It's not a perfect country, but, its better than any other place I have been. I don't complain because I know. I smile, because I did my part. Many people may disagree but, I understand, "They haven't walked in my shoes." I retired and plan on opening a Mexican Restaurant in Woodville, Ohio, with my brother.Retired on 01 Feb 2007 and working for the Federal Aviation Administration at McCarran Airport, in Las Vegas Nevada.

My Interests

Anyone who is just trying to make a difference in their lives and the people's around them. The military isn't all about death. In 20 years I have never had to take a life. But, I have saved soo many. Earthquakes, floods, tyranny. My job was Power plants, supplying electricity to Air Force Bases. How many Air Force people you see on television??? But, the hero above all others was Pat Tillman, he had it all, and gave it all, for US!!!! THE USA!!! Do you know of anyone that would have walked away from a beautiful family and a blissful career for his country??? I don't. To Pat Tillman!!!!

I'd like to meet:

I'm single, but I'm 41, you can't change me, I am who I am. If I meet someone then they're lucky. I can make you laugh, cry, feel beautiful, feel crazy, inspire you, support you, guide you and cherish you. I can cook, skii, snowboard, run, boat, financially stable, ride bikes, rollerblade, hang out at 3 in the am., dress up and look pretty, overhaul the the engine in your car, rewire your house, I'm an electrical wizard, because my job in the Air Force for 20 years was running power plants, just depends on who I'm with.

Music:

All Except my son's!!! Just kidding. I love my son. He always changes his profile name but he's the first character on my friends. He plays guitar 24/7 but I gotta love him. Things I never got to do as a kid because I grew up Mexican. Funny though my parents always listened to Mexican music. I said when I grew up I'll never listen to that stuff. I'm gonna listen to rock! so, all my rollas today are of Pepe Aguilar, Ramon Ayala, Pablo Montero, and Chente. Ha Ha. Love Tejano music as well, Jennifer Pena, La Mafia, and my beloved Selena. Once you pass 30 you start to understand the words in Nortenas.

Movies:

I have over 400 movies. But, I love Waterboy, La Ley Del Monte ( gets me everytime), No Way Out (Kevin Costner), Airplane, Hot shots, El Mariachi, Jeeper Creepers, Me Quayi de la Nuve (Cornelio Reyna). El Carro Rojo. Plus many more.

Television:

Football, news, CSI (Vegas, my son lives there and I lived there), Desperate House wives, George Lopez, and Dave Chapelle.

Books:

Principle's of Gen. George Patton,.a gift from a dear friend. Maxim, Stuff, FHM Philippines, and the Sunday newspaper.

Heroes:

The people that get up early every morning put on their boots, a smile on their face, and go do their thing with no complaints. The happiest times of my life were watching my Mom and Dad work as a team to find ways to make sure their children could eat. To this day after 40 years of marriage they still are a team.
