About Me

It's rather hard to describe myself. I'm very open-minded and very passionate about what I believe in. My animals are my life- I love them SOOO much!! At last count, I think I have about 17 fur babies at my house (8 dogs, 5 cats, 2 bunnies, and 2 rats). I do animal rescue, so I've always got pets looking for homes. I've got a few close friends now that I've done a little cleaning out of my closet. I guess I've been a little naive in that field. Played in a girly punk rock band for a bit. But that is over with and done for now. Can't seem to find any female musicians in the area. Also used to DJ quite a bit down at the High Note (remember DJ Spankmi??). Have been MIA for a couple of years finishing up at UAB. I've been working as a substance abuse counselor for the past year. I really enjoy what I do, but I'm starting to wonder if there isn't something else out there for me. I guess I should just say: I've been there and done that.
