Who am I? How is one to know who they really are, as we are forever changing in the realm of time & space. Some changes are for better some for worse. I feel one can have an understanding but not a full knowledge of who they may be, and from that decide if each move made was forward or backwards. But say you do move backwards however learning something in the process gaining a little more understanding of who you may be...is that not truly a step forward allowing yourself to change for what you hope is the better?
