Okay, I've figured out what I am going to do. I'll take 4 advils first thing in the morning to make sure the medicine is well into my body by the time the race starts, then I'll have my salt tab...

Well I have the knee braces for both knees, I have the Advil, I have the socks, the shoes, the clothes.... oh and the MP3 player... so yup... I'm still in pain and running...LOL!!!
