.. THE BIO OF CHARLES MCCREE “THE TRUE ULTIMATE HUSTLERâ€More than a hustler, Charles McCree is the definition of it. Self-proclaimed: THE ADVOCATE FOR THE DREAMER and personally crowned “THE REAL ULTIMATE HUSTLER by Defjam co-founder and the God-father of hip-hop, Mr. Russell Simmons himself, Charles is passion in its purest form. His I will not lose attitude is displayed in everything he puts his hands to. He is truly destined to become one of the best executives that have ever done it in the music business. Simply put: he is the TRUE ULTIMATE HUSTLER!Born in North Philadelphia, Charles’ love for music grew as a child when he would have to sneak late at night to listen to power 99 FM after his parents went to bed. Also, against his parent’s wishes he would turn the television to BET and MTV every time they would leave the room. His parents felt that music outlets were a fantasy world, and would distract Charles from focusing on school and getting a good education. But Charles being who he is, found ways to both please his parents, and still stay connected to the music that he knew would one day change his life.Turning dreams into realities is what Charles does best. After a long nine-month wait, including plenty of phone calls and unwanted visits to Tara Thomas (formerly the morning show producer to the Frank Ski Morning Show) at V-103, Charles would make sure that he went to the station at least 3 to 4 times a week to turn in his internship package to her. While there, he made it a point to introduce his self to key people at the station. He made the lobby of the radio station his second home. His persistence proved to work in his favor. Charles received an unpaid internship while attending DeVry University. Tara Thomas is noted as saying “he just kept calling and calling until finally I just said come in! Charles was the best intern we have ever had to date†Needless to say friends and family questioned Charles’ decision to do this internship because two week prior he was offered a job at IBM paying 17 dollars a hour. Charles was determined to show everyone that he knew exactly what he was doing by following his dreams and turning down that job at IBM, and becoming famously known around Atlanta as “Charles the super internâ€Nine months later after a meeting with former Defjam/Defsoul recording artist Kelly Price and her manager Jeffery Rolle after a radio interview, Charles once again proved that he knew how to make it happen. He was offered a job at Priceless Music Management as the office manager and personal assistant to Jeffery Rolle. Priceless Music was a company owned and operated by Kelly Price. His duties were to take care of the business affairs (A&R administration) for Kelly Price’s last two albums on Defjam, and serve as project manager to her while she traveled with the play: Why did I get married? Written and produced by Tyler Perry.Charles has gone on to build an 8-year career in the music business for himself. He did the Russell Simmons PhatFarm Tour, which gave him an opportunity to help assist with Hurricane Katrina Victims. He also became an on-air promotions Rep for V-103 in their marketing/promotions department where he earned the title employee of the month. He created the artist relations department for the ring tone company Hi-fli tones, where he was responsible for maintaining the relationships between the artist and the company. He was responsible for signing Rico Love; a hip-hop recording artist signed to R&B singer Usher record label US records, to his ring tone deal. His newest project was putting on his executive producer hat with his made for television documentary ON THE ROAD II NEXT. When Charles pitched the idea of doing documentaries on up and coming people in the music business that were destined to takeover the business some network executives passed on the idea. So Charles got together with GROUND BREAKING ENTERTAINMENT, a production crew out of Atlanta GA, and created his own inspirational documentary. Then proceeded to take it to the networks himself, already done! “Charles is the type of person who just does not take no for an answerâ€â€¦says one industry insider. When asked, what is one word that best describes him? Charles McCree is quick to flash his bright smile, look you right in the eyes without blinking and say: RELENTLESS!

MY MOTTO FOR 08... YOU PUT THE DEVIL OUT,BUT YOU LET HIM LEAVE HIS BAGS... You got out of a relationship because it was bad, but you are still resentful, and angry (you let the devil leave his bags). You got out of financial debt, but you still can't control the desire to spend on frivolous things (you let the devil leave his bags). You got out of a bad habit or addiction, but you still long to try it just one more time (you let the devil leave his bags). You said, I forgive you, but you can't seem to forget and have peace with that person (you let the devil leave his bags). You got out of that horribly oppressive job, but you're still trying to sabotage the company after you've left (you let the devil leave his bags). You broke off your relationship with that hurtful, abusive person, but you are suspicious and distrusting of every new person you meet (you let the devil leave his bags). You decided to let go of the past hurts from growing up in an unstable family environment, yet you believe you are unworthy of love from others and you refuse to allow to be loved by anyone (you let the devil leave his bags). When you put the Devil out, Please make sure he takes his bags. Happiness keeps you sweet. Trials keep you strong. Sorrows keep you human. Failures keep you humble. Success keeps you glowing But only God keeps you going! Make sure that the Devil takes his bags with him!!!!!! Be Free !!!! ..
