Olá. A primeira intenção deste space era mostrar umas musicas a um amigo sérvio e acabei por ficar com ele... adicona contacto aqui e ali... bla bla, o costume! Acabei por ficar com este espaço para reunir umas memórias do que tenho feito, principalmente a nível da musica e também para reunir uns amigos. Nasci em 1980, toco em bandas desde os 16, já toquei bateria, baixo e actualmente toco guitarra e canto nos Monomonkey. Além da musica, também tenho uma vida normal. Ou não... Abraços.
Essentialy, i made this space just to show some songs that i've played to friends. I play live since I was 16. I had lots of bands like every other sloppy musician. My first was was called Filhos do Homem do Talho (it means sons of the butcher) and we sang happy songs telling stories about being in love with a mop. Kid stuff. (i played guitar) Then i had another really amateur band called Muddy Muffins (guitar), a very grunge wanna-be band :D Then we had a discussion about a drum beat and the band split. What a shame! Then I formed Fuzzbox (drums) with 2 guys that were in the muffins with me and a guitarist from a well known local punk band. Soon, another guy asked to join the band and we changed the name to No More Rock n' Roll Business (drums). Me, Piggy,Gringo,Calvete and Adiel did more than 150 shows troughout the country, though most on our zone, always with impact on people. In a strange way, actually. We played for 1500 people. We played to 15 people too.
We never had a label, we but we did a lot of nice shows, playing gigs for free everywhere possible, as long as there was wine and meat, sadly for our colesterol. Anyway... The band ended because of drug problems (cliche?) in 2000/01 i was asked to play bass with two friends and we formed the band Ease. Piggy was in this band too. I was asked to play the drums in Canker Bit Jesus in 2001, spent 3 years there. Ease broke up meanwhile. I played the drums in the band 8 Rockin'shoes. I left the band recently...
In 2004 Monomonkey was born. It is my only band right now. I sing and play guitar.
