LAPOP! is a collective of one and many. A collective of an undisclosed and always changing number of individuals wishing to express social and political opinions in the form of post-modernist art. LAPOP! was created out of Canadian grounds from two people's will to share ideas, strongly encouraging discussion of sometimes very sensitive subjects.
