About Me

I am a finance major working at a bank. I really enjoy getting into the details of financial products and seeing how they benefit people. I am currently considering what specific field in finance my career will pursue. I enjoy meeting people and talking with them about ways to meet their goals. Also learning about their thoughts in response to market events. I see finance as something that permeates all of our lives and can either be a constructive or destructive force, depending on our understanding of and use of it. Layout by NetNax

My Interests

I am interested in a few things. School, I am studying finance and am also thinking about what types of business i would like to be involved with. If you have any suggestions let me know. I try to follow the markets as much as I can, but I am a pretty busy most of the time. I only get the big news, not as much of the detail as I wish I had time for.

I'd like to meet:

The President ( not just the current one, but whoever is at the time I meet them)Neil Cavuto, the guy just seems to get it. Always goes to the heart of a matter.Donald Rumsfeld ( The guy gets a bad rap, but anyone who has served this country so passionately, and with such a sweeping vision for change, would definetly be interesting to talk to)

Music:

Not a really big music buff, but I have my favorites. Mostly rock and some pop and country

Movies:

I love movies. I will only list a couple of favorites: The Bourne Trilogy, Reservior Dogs

Television:

I am really digging this Fox Business Network.

Books:

Currently reading: Safely Prosperous or Really Rich. Good book, timeless financial advice. Shows that accumulating wealth is about so much more than a bank account.Favorite of all time: Without Remorse by Tom Clancy

Heroes:

All the men and women serving in the armed forces.
