Anyone interested in money management and investing, whitewater kayaking, skiing, or just hanging out anywhere in Pittsburgh. I'm not looking for anyone to date on here, but hey, I am easy going and if something develops... well, you're shit outta luck! Just kidding... I never limit my horizons.
stuff that few people have heard... Soundtribe Sector 9, Keller Williams, G Love and Special Sauce, Umphrey's McGee, String Cheese Incident, Yonder Mountain String Band, Steve Kimmock Band, Perpetual Groove, North Mississippi All Stars, and the list goes on and on.
no time to watch them now, but I've got a few favorites from the past. I like movies that make you think till the end.
I don't religiously watch anything. Heck, I hardly even watch TV, but I have been known to watch Deal or No Deal, and I hate to admit this, but I watch Cramer's Mad Money for stock ideas. CNBC, CNN, and the History Channel have great information. Have you noticed how gay (not that there is anything wrong with it) The Learning Channel and The Discovery Channel have become? I just can't find anything interesting on there anymore. What happened to the friggin jungle animals? Damnit! I watch the Soprano's with my buds on Sunday's.
One of the more entertaining that I've read recently is "A Walk In The Woods," by Bill Bryson. One of the most influential is "How To Win Friends and Influence People," by Dale Carnegie (in my opinion, this should be standard reading for everyone)
Abraham Lincoln (what a great man!), Dale Carnegie (for showing me the way to deal with people), Andrew Carnegie (for his industrious nature and energy, and later in his life, for his generosity), and though I am not a religious man (I am spiritual), Jesus... well, do I have to explain?
