Poetica, We are a passionate band with a sound that is impossible to place under any genre. From the start of our career in 2004 with our first CD self titled POETICA to our newest CD POETRY FOR THE DEPRESSED. We have captured the hearts of the Springfield music scene by offering a completely new sound and image. Melodic, tasteful and powerful and passinate vocals, yet aggressive guitar work, solid and powerful drums, solid bass and the passion and darkness of keyboards. Always giving a 110% at a show, we try and drive our crowds from beginning to end with fiercely driven guitar riffs to melodic ballads. Only four months into our career we caught the attention of the rock radio stations Q102.1 and Z106.7 of Springfield Missouri and we thank you deeply for your support! E-man for our mechandise. We have been able to open for bands such as Disturbed, Saliva, Adema, Magna-Fi, and Element Eighty.
