La frescura y única forma de interpretar las canciones del recuerdo, así como la música moderna hace de Cafeína uno de los grupos mas prometedores del momento. En el escenario, Manolo Valle (guitarra-voz), Ricardo Martínez (percusiones) y Uriel Esquivel (voz), conquistan audiencias con sus voces y su singular ensamble de instrumentos. Una presentación de Cafeína promete llevarte en un tour musical desde el malecón de la Habana, hasta Brasil. Cafeína comienza a principio del año 2004, con distintas presentaciones tanto en el estado de Chihuahua como en los principales foros de la ciudad. En verano del 2004 primer gira nacional al sur del país, concluyendo la misma, en el Distrito Federal. Volviendo a Chihuahua con múltiples invitaciones para una segunda gira. Ahora, Cafeína como grupo local ha tenido la oportunidad de presentarse varias ocasiones en la radio, televisión, eventos sociales importantes dentro y fuera de la ciudad. • El gobierno del estado de Chihuahua ha apoyado a cafeína, dándole la oportunidad compartir el escenario con Diego El Cigala, uno de los conciertos mas importantes del Festival Internacional en Octubre del 2005. Foro del Parque el Palomar. • Participando al lado de Amaury Gutiérrez, David Torrens y David Filio, En el Teatro de los Héroes. • Participado al lado de la banda de Chuy lizarraga en el teatro del pueblo de la Feria Expogan 2006. • Grupo invitado especial, como parte del Festival de la Manzana realizado en la ciudad de guerrero chihuahua en el 2006. Cafeína sigue en pie con varios proyectos; entre los cuales es la grabación de un CD profesional, seguir apoyando a la juventud de Chihuahua con Conciertos Didácticos, en secundarias, preparatorias y universidades. Próximamente ofrecerán una gira por Estados Unidos, empezando en la ciudad de Chicago. Actualmente Cafeína se presenta en vivo cada fin de semana en del Paseo Café, Casa de los milagros y en Café Calicanto.-------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------------------------------CAFEINA- With their incredible charisma, infectious energy and undeniable musical talent, CAFEINA is charming audiences of all ages with an adventurous fusion of Latin rhythms and timeless favorites. The trio’s unique interpretation of traditional huapangos, salsas, sambas, bossa nova and ballads are flavored with Latin and South American beats and are as vivid and unique as the musicians themselves. The growing popularity of their artistic talent has gained CAFEINA local, national and international interest as one of the most promising new groups to emerge. On stage, MANOLO VALLE (guitar and voice), RICARDO MARTINEZ (percussions) and URIEL ESQUIVEL (voice) entertain audiences with blended voices and a variety of percussion instruments. Each brings with them an extensive and rich history of experience as successful solo musicians and years of musical training. The vision of CAFEINA began as the three members of the group, working as solo musicians and in other projects, were often asked to perform together at social events. The popularity and demand for their music eventually led them to come together as a formal group in 2004. That same year, CAFEINA began performing at various events throughout the most important cities in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico and had the opportunity to go on tour throughout the federal district of Mexico, with many invitations to return for a second tour. Since then, CAFEINA has established themselves throughout the major cities of Chihuahua with performances on radio and television and at weekly performances in local bars and restaurants such as Café del Paseo, Calicanto and Casa De Los Milagros. CAFEINA has also had the privilege of participating in a number of major events and along side of world-renown artists such as: ? the invitation from the state of Chihuahua to share the stage with Diego El Cigala at the Festival Internacional in 2005 ? participating in concert along with Amaury Gutierrez, David Torrens, and David Filio at the Teatro de los Heroes, one of Chihuahua’s major performing theaters ? performing along with Chuy Lizarraga in the Teatro del Pueblo at the state fair 2006 ? as special guests for the Festival de la Manzana 2006 in Guerrero, Chihuahua. ? touring for the first time in the United States with an invitation to perform throughout the city of Chicago in 2006. CAFEINA is currently working on various projects including the production of a professional CD and are busily involved in helping Chihuahua’s youth through educational performances and concerts. They are also preparing to return to Chicago for a second tour with many opportunities to present their music again in the fall of 2006. The impressive talent of these three musicians will continue to seduce audiences…taking them on a musical journey from the streets of Old Havana to nightlife in Brazil and beyond.
