TEGAN

|I am 22 years old and loving motherhood. My daughter is a year and a half and she is the most amazing little person I've ever seen! I always knew that I would love being a mom but I didn't know I would love my daughter as much as I do. It is a completly different kind of love. It's the kind of love that hurts. Everytime I look at her this overwelming feeling comes over my body and I literally melt. My daughter is my world. She is my buddy and I would much rather be with her than anywhere else. I also have the most spectacular man in the world to come home to every night. He is my best friend and such a proud daddy. He is more than I could ever ask for and treats me like a queen. He gets up every morning and busts his ass all day so that I can stay home with our daughter and not have to work. I am a 24 hour mom and still have a little extra time to fit in a class or two at BCC. I couldn't have been dealt a better hand in life than what I have right now. I am the luckiest girl in the world!! My family is so important to me, and it's taken me 22 years to figure that out. I finally realize what parenting is all about and everything my parents told me is all making sense. You think you know what to expect, but just wait, it's a hundred times better.
