Choose life. Choose a job. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television. Choose washing machines, cars, compact-disc players, and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol, and dental insurance. Choose fixed-interest mortgage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisurewear and matching luggage. Choose a three-piece suite on hire purchase in a range of fucking fabrics. Choose D.I.Y. and wondering who the fuck you are on a Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch, watching mind-numbing, spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing fucking junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pissing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked-up brats that you've spawned to replace yourselves. Choose your future. Choose life.

My Interests

I think I was a dinosaur in another life, or possibly a cheetah. I am bat-shit-crazy-in-love with my smokin' hot girlfriend, Natalie. I get cravings for raw oysters and super-rare steaks quite often, so a trip to Seattle is usually mandatory. Curry is pretty much the best food ever (the spicier, the better), though sushi is quite good as well. I LOVE pineapple (but not JUST for the reason you're thinking). Red Stripe is the greatest beer (the first time I tried it was when Trevor and I snuck into Lou Reed at Bumbershoot with a backpack full), but I love Heineken too. I'm very random. I've recently re-acquired my taste for comics and anime. I'm slightly obsessive compulsive (I alphabatize EVERYTHING!), though not as bad as I used to be. I find it hard to go to bed before 2 a.m. on work nights. Weekends are worse. I love the daytime, but I'm just naturally more of a night person. My biggest weakness is procrastination (a prime example of that would be the script I've been working on for over a year now). Camping and being outdoors is one of the most exhilirating experiences one can have (mushrooms help sometimes). There are so many things I've always wanted to do that I haven't got around to doing just yet. So many places I have to see in my lifetime, including (but not limited to) the following: Tibet, Australia, England, Italy, Ireland, Czechoslovakia, etc.

I'd like to meet:

Real people and Muppets.
You Are Kermit
Hi, ho! Lovable and friendly, you get along well with everyone you know.
You're a big thinker, and sometimes you over think life's problems.
Don't worry - everyone know's it's not easy being green.
Just remember, time's fun when you're having flies! The Muppet Personality Test

Movies:

Tim Burton, David Lynch, Wes Anderson, Stanley Kubrick, Sam Raimi, Steven Spielberg, Quentin Tarantino, Kevin Smith, Wes Craven, George A. Romero, and Robert Rodriguez are all fantastic filmmakers. Charlie Kaufman (Being John Malkovich, Adaptation, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) is one of the best, most original screenwriters out there today. I am a movie fanatic, so you name it and I've probably seen it. As for specific films, I'd have to say Jurassic Park, The Dark Crystal, Poltergeist, Mulholland Dr., The Fox and the Hound, The Wizard of Speed and Time (if you're among the 99.9% of people who haven't seen this one, do yourself a favor and watch it, if you can find it), Batman (1989), E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Ghostbusters I and II, Edward Scissorhands, The Royal Tenenbaums, Evil Dead 2, Battle Royale, Big Fish, Mermaids (kind of a chick flick, but I've loved it since I was a little kid), Pan's Labyrinth, The Goonies, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Dawn of the Dead (not the remake, I hate remakes), Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Dazed and Confused, Chasing Amy, Kill Bill, Rushmore, The Wicker Man (uncut original version, not the butchered U.S. release), (the original) Star Wars trilogy, The Godfather trilogy (well, I and II anyway), Back to the Future trilogy, Electric Dreams, Swingers, Scream, This is Spinal Tap, Trainspotting, Punch-drunk Love, Once Upon a Time in the West, Vertigo, Garden State, and The Squid and the Whale are pretty close to the top. Also worth mentioning -- from Frank n Furter in Rocky Horror, to Rooster in Annie, to Pennywise in It -- Tim Curry is a flipping genius. Which Original Evil Dead Character Are You?

You were the class clown as a kid, and you still entertain people.

From faking your own death to getting a wacky boob job, you'll do anything for a laugh.

You will be remembered for: your face being everywhere, from cereal to home pregnancy tests

Your life philosophy: "I heartily endorse this event or product." The Simpsons Personality Test

Books:

Stephen King's "It" would probably be my all time favorite. James Gurney's "Dinotopia" is up there too (all you dinosaur fanatics know what I'm talking about). My favorite book SERIES would be Douglas Adams' "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy." All of Roald Dahl's (my favorite writer of all time) books are dark and incredible and Chuck Palahniuk's are mind-bendingly addictive (see: "Lullaby" / "Choke"/ "Survivor"). "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" and "Through the Looking Glass" were both a TRIP. Scott Smith's "A Simple Plan" is a dark, suspenseful page-turner and perfect companion piece to the movie. I'm not a big fan of non-fiction, but "The Story of Tibet: Conversations with the Dalai Lama" by Thomas Laird is incredible. Comics are great, too. My personal favorite is Mike Allred's "Madman," although Frank Miller's "The Dark Knight Returns" and "Sin City" both turned the comic world upside down. Comic strip? "Calvin and Hobbes," baby.

Heroes:

Jesus, Jim Henson, David Bowie, Bruce Campbell, Wayne Coyne, Willy Wonka, Madman, Iggy Pop, Pee-wee Herman
