ELETHEA

About Me

Elethea has an album ready to release and is currently looking for distribution, management & further collaboration with song writers.
.. After walking into a studio to record a demo of theatre pieces, producer Lee Bradshaw discovered Elethea's ultra powerful and somewhat dirty rock/pop vocals through a cover of "Guns 'N' Roses" classic hit, "Sweet Child 'O' Mine."Her music and vocal abilities have been described as "Bonnie Tyler meets Pat Benatar" or "Aerosmith with a side of "Pink." With theatrical stage experience and a background in dance, standing up against any of the modern rock performers of the day and competing with the likes of Christina Aguilera and Kelly Clarkson is no problem for Elethea. At the beginning of 2006, Elethea returned from a short promotional tour of the U.S. (including performances at SXSW in Austin alongside popular Australian acts End of Fashion and Gyroscope) with her completed debut album, mixed and mastered by World Wide Audio in NY. The album features 10 original songs written by Lee Bradshaw as well as her hypnotising cover of "Sweet Child 'O Mine," with instrumental contributions from some of Perth's most highly regarded local musicians. Now playing with some of Melbourne's top rated musicians, Elethea's live shows are precise, professional and full of energy. If you are after dynamic, power-packed vocals and an explosive rock experience, Elethea is the artist for you.Keep visiting www.myspace.com/elethea to find all info on touring, gigs and album releases. Don't forget to listen to the audio samples and feel free to comment or drop her a line....
