Flutist, Brandon Marceal, is a progressive artist who is bringing a unique flavor to the jazz music scene, creating a connection with the soul's of listeners across America. With every fluttering breath he takes the notes on his flute and makes More Than Music. He makes conversation while crossing genres that transcends his listeners into a musical world full of smooth melodies and frequencies. Brandon Marceal's sound is a sultry and soothing sensation. He admires artists Hubert Laws and Najee and describes his music as therapeutic and refreshing. His layering of soulful R&B and Latin rhythms added with hip hop influences has led to collaborations with composer Kevin Kendricks, and legendary singer Patti LaBelle on the Universal Picture's 2006 release, Idlewild, featuring Andre 3000 and Big Boi of Outkast. He has also shared the stage with artists: Five Men On A Stool, electric violinist Ken Ford, trumpeter Danny Harper, and saxophonist Gary Harris to name a few from his home base of Atlanta, Georgia. Brandon is currently a memeber of Alwynn and Company. With nearly 20 years of musical experience Brandon's musicianship extends thru the alto saxophone and clarinet, as well as first being recognized as a cellist attending the prestigious Interlochen National Music Camp as a 6th grader. Brandon Marceal is a composer, songwriter, and producer, who is leading the next generation of real artists making their own music.

On March 10th, 1998 in Los Angeles, California, Julian (J-REAL) Burton was born. Shortly after his family moved to Las Vegas where they would live for only a short time, J-REAL began his music career by getting involved in church activities and soon led over his choir writing and performing gospel and rap music. He then moved to what they call “The Dirty South” in Atlanta, Georgia. Ending middle school and beginning high school in the city of Decatur, he met future group mates, “Slim” and “K.” Eventually, they would start their own hip hop group called “Young “N” Heartless” and thus began recording their first of many demos.
Thereafter, they would enter and win countless talent shows, taking advantage of being well-known and having exposure from previous shows as well as contacts. Young “N” Heartless was determined to build their resume and do much more than just that; by making appearances at V-103 Block Party with Greg Street, numerous shows out of state (i.e. The Multi-Fest in West Virginia), just to list a few. To polish their entertainer abilities, they sought out artist development through “Landmine Entertainment/Collipark Records.”
As two members departed, searching for their destined paths, J-REAL would continue as a solo act. He created his own promotion team known as “Heartless Entertainment,” and recruited spunky, determined, hard-working, youthful individuals to help promote a variety of venues/events. Inspired by his drive, his peers would help him in another way, by calling and requesting his music on the radio, promoting what J-REAL would soon call the “100 MOVEMENT!” After recording his first single “100” and joining forces with managers BIG DINO of “Metro Boyz Entertainment,” and AJ Cose, and booking agent, Kodee Goseyun , he shot his first low budget video, which was soon posted on Myspace.
Already well-known on MySpace, he received 1,000 plays within the first 24 hours, making a stir in Atlanta that could not be ignored. J-REAL was everywhere, being played at nightclubs such as Strokers, Pin Ups, Platinum 21, 24K, Pure, Taboo2, Belushi’s, Sante Fe, Velvet Room, Primetime, and the Blueroom. He received nothing but good responses, and two thumbs up from music lovers. Working hard to press up more cd’s shirts, fliers, posters, and anything that could help promote the movement, surprisingly the song leaked on the radio and started to receive air time. Immediately, he hit the studio and recorded his second single “K.I.S.S.” and continued to perform and push his music throughout Atlanta. Heartless Entertainment promotions group pushed the song in their respective high school’s by distributing cd's and fliers and continually requesting his song “100” on the radio so he could reach out to the biggest market possible! He is now looking to take his career to the next level with everything moving so fast he’s staying focused in and out the studio and grinding every day until he proves to the world he IS the next hip hop superstar!!
