Mixed Martial Arts is my passion. Its by far the most exciting live sport in the world, boxing has had its time. I’ve been doing Muay Thai/Boxing since I was a kid and have trained in Thailand twice now. I believe your body is the ultimate weapon, I train to live a healthier life, positive mentality and to have total control of a bad situation. I don’t believe in obesity, if your obese its because you don’t exercise or have something medically wrong with you. I respect any one who goes to a gym or trains in a Martial art......staying in shape is easier said than done, but its not impossible. I enjoy a beer on occasions but try to avoid getting drunk, alcohol is the worst drug you can take and purely brings out the worst in people. I enjoy smoking weed abit to much, but I think as long as you eat healthy and exercise then you will live forever :).
