About Me

GE first began making tunes in spare time through college producing hip hop and soul. After purchasing his first sampler keyboard GE began to experiment creating new sounds and loops from sources ranging from jazz, disco to blues and rock. During the late nineties GE followed the growth of the UK Garage sound which was developing at the time and began to produce tracks in this genre. His first release on 2 tuf 4u records, " The Nu Generation EP", provided the basis for the bumpy, sample driven productions to follow. More recently GE has experimented with the nu jazz, broken beat sound as well as soul and hip hop under the alias of Capital Gee.
