We are the Band; MuddGroove, and we were playing in and around Arizona, we have our own music plus a whole lot of covers that we make our own!
I am a Jazz/Rock Fusionist and we play gigs all over Oklahoma,and threw out the US. I am married to a lovely lady who sings in my band,
She also likes to have fun in life.
We have moved to Arizona, to further our dreams.
We're traveling with our 20 year old twin sons, one has joined the Navy and the other is going to Collage. We have a son in Tulsa who is now 28!
Three year's ago I lost my 18 year old daughter. Life has been tough, but we are trying to hang in there..My Family and my Music will get me threw this!!!!!!!!..

Years ago I started out learning to be a Rocker (Sheet/Hard) Then the Fusion thing happend in the '70s and twisted my world! From there I got into the Classic Jazz stuff from Parker to Coltrane, and most every one in between...Miles was the Man...
I played in a band called Anomaly, for ten years. We never learned a tune! We called our music, Spontaneous Compositions. It had taught me so much...Thanks guy's for everything...In 1996 I got into a group "Related to Ned" that was a commercial band. We did some realy cool tunes and even one or two that a few years earlier I would have slaped someone if they told me one day your going to be on stage! That band lasted for four years...
In 2002 I got my kids back home, and moved to the country from Tulsa...
My wife and I had a duet and started playing around GrandLake, got a rhythm section (or 7) and we've become known as "MuddGroove" We play everything from Classic Rock, Jazz, Some Modern Rock, and a couple of Blues tune.
Mostly we want to do our originals. Plus I like to keep the band on there toe's by doing Improves on stage...My wife has great talent for making up words on the fly!!! And all the cover tunes that we do, we really mess with...Jam On.
We try to have fun when we can! And now to where we are going? To have some more fun and do what we do best, Play Music and spread the "Essence of S&L"
