Joe Bob Billy and the Texas Alien

About Me

From the hills of southeastern Ohio hails one of the most unique musical groups either side of the millennium. Formed in 1995, Joe Bob and the Boys weave their brand of original "Hillbilly Country" with a freshness that inspires and energizes. Songs about alien abductions, drunken romance, and lost love are combined with blistering instrumentals, traditional bluegrass and gospel numbers to give this group a suppleness that can satisfy any crowd.

The band is currently geographically challenged with Joe Bob working in the Las Vegas area, filling in for Tom Jones on his off nights, and training tigers for Siegfried and Roy. Visit the the Paranormals to see what Catfish and Junebug are up to around Athens.
