Bruma

“Bruma” ia fiinta in primavara anului 2005 in orasul Bacau. Genul muzical abordat poate fi aproximativ numit “speed-thrash metal”,insa in muzica Bruma se regasesc influente din o multime de stiluri ce reflecta preferintele muzicale ale membrilor.
In vara aceluiasi an,este inregistrat primul demo,continand 3 piese. Demo'ul este rapid distribuit pe plan local si primeste reactii pozitive. Genul abordat in acea perioada era unul mai apropiat de heavy'metal'ul traditional,cu influente de N.W.O.B.H.M.
In toamna anului 2005 (odata cu sosirea lui Lucian Anghel) Bruma ajunge la o formula stabila,si dupa definitivarea primelor piese,incep activitatea concertistica,sustinand concerte in numeroase cluburi din tara.
In martie 2006 este inregistrat demo'ul “Live a minute”,(in conditii ceva mai profesionale),continand 9 piese.
In toata aceasta perioada,concertele au continuat,printre cele mai importante numarandu'se

Concertele au fost foarte bine apreciate,Bruma fiind bine primiti chiar si pe scenele bucurestene (performanta demna de luat in seama,de altfel greu de realizat pentru o trupa din provincie)
Dupa venirea lui Razvan Sofronescu (guit.),este inregistrat si demo'ul “Sentiment Divin” cu piesele “Cu norii”,”Sentiment Divin” si “Bruma”. Noile piese au un sound mai agresiv,cu influente de metal modern,mai lungi si mai complexe in structura.
In viitorul imediat apropiat,Bruma urmareste gasirea unei case de discuri pentru editarea unui album si continuarea concertelor live.

The band Bruma formed in the spring of 2005 in the city of Bacau. The music the band plays can be approximatively described as "speed-thrash metal",althrough,influences from other musical styles exist,reflecting the bandmember's musical preferences and aspirations.
In the summer of that same year,Bruma records its first demo (containing 3 songs). The recording is quickly distributed among the local music scene and gets positive replys. The songs from that period can be most easily described as 'traditional metal' with some speed and N.W.O.B.H.M. influences.
Come autumn,Bruma arrives at a stable line'up (with the arrival of vocalist Lucian Anghel). and begins touring shortly after.
In March 2006,a new demo is recorded (entitled "Live a minute") under more proffesional conditions. This demo contains 9 songs.

Bruma's live performances were very well rated,including those in Bucharest,quite a performance for a new-coming band not from Bucharest itself.
After the arrival of Razvan Sofronescu (guitar),the newest Bruma demo,”Sentiment Divin” is recorded,containing the songs „Cu norii”,”Sentiment Divin” and „Bruma”. The newer songs have a more agressive edge to them,contain modern metal influences,are longer and more complex in structure.
In the near future,Bruma intends to find a record label willing to produce its work and continue the string of live outings.
