MORNING PERSONAL CARE ASSISANTI’m an easy going young man aged 27 with a great sense of humour.I’ve got cerebral palsy and I use a wheelchair.I need support for my personal care needs 2/3 hours each morning, up to 5 mornings a week. Mornings include helping to get me out of bed, get dressed, washed and help me with breakfast.I live in Romiley, Stockport, with easy transport links and close to the train station and bus stop.Work would start 8-8.30 am. Pay rate is £7.70 per hour.You need to be over 21 years of age and previous experience of working with disabled adults and/or children is preferred but not essential.This is a genuine position supported by the Shaw Trust.

I’m very sociable, fun and good company.I’ve got cerebral palsy and I use a wheelchair.I’m looking for a Personal Assistant to support me in my home and for social activities. They will include music gigs, shows, eating out and drinking!You must be sociable (like going out, etc.) and have a good sense of humour.You need to be over 25 years of age with a UK driving licence so you can drive my van for me.I live in Romiley, Stockport, with easy transport links and close to the train station and bus stop.This position is for between 12 and 14 hours per week which can be flexible / arranged to suit us both. This will often include evenings and weekends .Attitude is much more important than previous carer experience.Pay rate is £7.70 day rate £9.00 evening rate.
