Born and raised in Cape Girardeau, MO. After Graduating High School in '97, I attended Southeast Missouri State University. It took only one semester for me to find out that this wasn't for me. Took the next semester off to figure out where and how to get involved in the music industry. After I read an article on 'The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences', I applied and was accepted in '98. I then moved to Tempe, AZ to begin my schooling which was followed then by a move to Nashville, TN in '99 to start my internship at Arista Records. Under the A & R department of Kerri Edwards, I indirectly worked for artists such as Alan Jackson, Usher, Clint Black and Sherrie Austin. Finally graduating in the same year, I moved back home to take a local gig for Paradise Audio as a monitor technician working for acts such as Cash Money Millionaires, Aaron Tippin, and Kentucky Headhunters. I finally withdrew from the company to begin working for myself in 2002 under an artist known as John Mayer. During a good 4 years on the road with John and the John Mayer Trio, I also toured with O.A.R., Alicia Keys, and Low Millions to name a few. Am currently on a world tour with Shakira that is due to end somewhere in '07 yet began in mid '06. I'm not sure what is on the calendar of life after this but I am sure of one thing. Music is and always will be my true love in life. You really can't explain to people how wonderful and what a privilege it is to be able to do this for a living. There were many chapters in my life that weren't pretty before I got here as I'm not invincible to more; believe me I'm aware of this. I take what God has given me at this point in my life and give thanks for it everyday. I look forward to growing older and wiser each day and will soon see an end to this life only to begin another... Jah Love.
