Music, computers, my friends, writing, poetry, reading a good book, reading comics. I like to collect things, mainly statues, film cells, those kinds of things. I love doing anything that has to do with computers or technology. Movies are a big part of my life too. I like a good debate. I love going to concerts. My favorite thing to do is get comfortable and have a movie marthon, and sometimes even a good marathon of my favorite TV shows.
Audrey Tautou, Geoff Johns (again), George Lucas, Harrison Ford, Steve Carell, Kevin Smith anyone who's nice enough to drop me a line...and him. Remember, he returns June 30, 2006!
When it comes to music, I like a little bit of everything, but most of the time I listen to rock, be it alternative, mainstream, or even Christian rock (hey I don't know why some groups are even considered that). I've recently been getting into 80s rock. I'm also a big fan of British Rock. My favorie band is Funeral for a Friend. Some other groups I like are: Fall Out Boy, Skillet, Panic at the Disco, Rammstein, Hit the Lights, Anberlin, Disturbed, Bon Jovi, Motion City Soundtrack, Metallica, Blink 182, Sum 41, Green Day, Hawthorne Heights, Finch, Taking Back Sunday, Mudvayne, Atreyu, Coheed & Cambria, The Used, My Chemical Romance, Godsmack, Taking Back Sunday, Papa Roach, Simple Plan, The Rasmus, Saves the Day, Linkin Park, 30 Seconds to Mars, June, Angels and Airwaves, Brand New, and many, many more.
Star Wars (yes, all of them), Rocky (all of them, my favorite is Rocky IV), Rambo, American History X, Batman Begins, Batman Returns, Superman, Harry Potter, anything Kevin Smith, Sin City, Beverly Hills Cop, and too many more to list here.
Heroes, The Simpsons, Family Guy, Futurama, The War at Home, Boy Meets World, Seinfeld, Smallville, Saved by the Bell, Star Trek (The Next Generation and beyond), That 70's Show, American Dad, South Park, Justice League Unlimited and some more I can't think of right now.
First of all, I'd like to settle the argument that comics are not books. As much as they provide an enjoyable experience and intelligent story lines, true literature does not contain pictures. As for some good books: The Harry Potter Series, anything Star Wars, anything Roald Dahl, anything Shakespeare (thought they're really plays), 1984 (Big Brother is watching you!), and that's all I can think of right now.
My mom, she has always taught me to fight for what I believe in even when it's really hard to do. And my Uncle Tom, though he lost the battle against cancer, he inspired me to never give up, never surrender.
