I seen most of the movies at the video store. When I go now, I walk thru new releases, most are shit, then I go through the 99 cent movies and pick out movies just cuz i never seen them. most of those suck. I get TV on DVD now, like Smallville, Frazier, West Wing, just shows I never really got into but heard were good. Movies I like; Big Trouble in Little China, the Matrix (not the trilogy though), Star Wars series, Nowhere, Doom Generation, Gozu, Shine, Bowling for Columbine, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, Audition, Ichi the Killer, Versus, Run Lola Run, Memento, Bound, the Game, Fight Club, Goodfellas, Godfather Trilogy, the Big Lebowski, Fargo, Fist of Legend, Riki Oh; the Story of Ricky, the Incredibles, Aliens, Predator, NOT aliens v predator tho, Casino, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch, Repenetrator, Layer Cake, lol, Pirates of the Caribbean, Edward Scissorhands, Spider-man 1&2, Terminator 1&2, X-men 2, Clerks, Chasing Amy, Mallrats, Dogma, and a large percentage of movies bring me tears of laughter or sadness (supposedly there are no tears of happiness, I can explain if you ask)... again, much more, but no time now.
I don't watch much, I flip through when passing through the livingroom or hiding from my homework. I like Adult Swim toons, Cspan, History Channel, terrible late night movies I make fun of MST3000 style, old Twighlight Zones and Outer Limits (and some newer ones), good movies on cable channels, Family Guy, Daily Show, CNN.
Harry Potter books, im on #5 when I get it, Star Wars novels, Choke, wanna read more by this author; Chuck Palahniuk, Chung Kuo series, old sci fi books when it was about ideas and not world building escapism (see; Heinlien, Asimov, Clarke, etc.), The Analects, Art of War, cool Ken Follett short novels before he did all these spy type thrillers; "Paper Money" and "The Lost Modigliani" were 2 I read, The War of Art, Les Miserables, Tai Pan, Rat King, Shogun, I and Thou, I read alot of comics, my current pull list 9/05; Daredevil, Ultimates, Ultimate Spiderman, Ultimate Xmen, Ultimate Iron Man, Ultimate Fantastic Four, All the Countdown to Infinite Crises stuff, Batman, Superman, Red Star(tho havent seen it in like 6 mos), Kabuki, think i got it all, wanna adjust some stuff, realized i have too many Ultimate line books, but dammit, they fun!i wanna put some more time into this one....later
