About Me

Hi all, Just an update, I stopped driving cab and only played poker a few years ago. Had a stroke and now I'm back in Minnesota. At this time I am teaching in ISD 622. I play poker at some of the local places such as Running Aces and play in the Bar leagues for practice. My game needs work after the stroke! See you at the tables. I was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and started playing poker at about the age of seven. Our whole family played poker, cribbage and 500. We would also play at friends homes. I think poker is a very Minnesota thing to do. Attended Winona State College and played football for 4 years and won a few awards. After College I joined the Navy and was off to Pensacola, FL for flight training. This was during Vietnam days (69-70), after almost two years of training and the Navy spending $ 1,000,000.00 the Navy felt they had too many Pilots and let 580 of us out of the service. In the fall of 71, I started work with the Burnsville, MN Police Department, we had monthly poker nights. In the summer of 76, I started work with the Lakewood, CO Police Department. In 80, I retired from Police Work and started a Real Estate and Mortgage Banking Business. I moved to Colorado Springs in 81 and married my 2nd wife and had a wonderful daughter. I was divorced in 85 and in the late 80’s, moved to Antigua, BWI and acted as a Consultant, establishing Off-shore Corporations and Casino Internet Sites. Moved to Vegas in the 90’s and worked as a Mortgage Banker. For the last 2 years I have been playing poker.
