About Me

This profile was PIMPED at MySpacer.net

Poet Shadeo is rapidly arising from Manchesters underground with a new style of rap, driven by evocative lyrics of emotion and rhythmic ows that are second to none. His debut single Through the shower is a vivid tale of real life we can all relate to with a strong punch line: Ive traped through the shower legless, of sour grape ... Ring any bells? This is a truly beati c track with electric guitar sounds and a catchy B-Line, which is guaranteed to stick in your mind long after the track has ended. Ready to drop in April 2006 on Street Culture Sounds, this is a potential hit that should be on every DJs play list. Shadeo is a distinctive rapper who likes to cross the musical boundaries and penetrate your thoughts with riddles of metaphor that daze and amaze. He is in uenced by the likes of 2 Pac who has taught him to speak from the heart and back it with con dence. Nas, WuTang, Big Punisher, Big L and Biggie are also great in uences. Shadeo caught the musical fever at the age of 17-18, starting out as part of Virus Syndicate, one of Manchesters notorious garage crews. After a few years of performing at the citys dark and smokey underground parties, Shadeo decided to push the boundaries of grime and embark on his own sonic journey. Garage stopped inspiring me, so I had to do my own thing. His thirst for a new sound led Shadeo to experiment with different genres, conjuring a concoction of reggae B-lines, grime beats and opera samples combined with expressive street poetry. Shadeo likes to rhyme for effect, not just for rhyme for rhymes sake. His music has already attracted a diverse audinece and he has got many fans from the urban youth culture scene as well as Manchesters cultural music loving community. With such a profound sound and distinct skill Shadeo is set for success. Wait until you see him perform!
