All about me, huh? I grew up in Grass Valley, California and currently live in Auburn... so I haven't gone far.. lol. I am living my life the best that I know how. Sometimes I wonder if life is supposed to get any better than this.... I have found the love of my life... Thomas. I LOVE YOU! We bought a house together a year ago, and love working on all of our little projects that really make our house a home. I enjoy going to the race track with Thomas and watching him work, camping at our cabin, going to the river and ocean, and on occasion... watching Thomas and Josh riding their dirt bikes... I just can't stomach riding anymore after Josh's life flight incident... I know, I am a mom... I worry, that's my job! I work full time and I am a full time mom. I have one child. He is my lonely only and spoiled rotten! My son will be 12 years old on June 1st and was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic September 28th, 2006. The big D day.. They say what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.... so I am planning my funeral soon. lol.. Ok, for real.. I love my boys and I love the life we have. Other than a cure... There is not much I can ask for. I have found a wonderful support group online for parents of diabetics who are like family. I love having my "girls night out" You need them to stay sane... Speaking of.. I think I am long over due for one! My life is pretty crazy. I work a lot and spend a lot of time with my boys! I would love to meet other parents of Type 1 Diabetic children and other Type 1 Diabetics.
