I covered this fairly well in the "about me" section however, I have a few more intrest. Those include gormet cooking, a very primative/uncultured palet for wines, voracious book reading, and gardening.
Serious people, people who love ren festivals, artistic folks involved in all medias (crafts/fine art/music/etc)People who are open minded and curious about the wonders of the world around us and the mysteries we cannot see.
of course the top of my list would have to include my dear friend John Holland and Atmostphere/Corrosive Sun productions. After that, I am drawn to celtic and whimsical compositions. A few of those include Muzeki, Gypsy guerrilla band, bedlam bards, and those listed in my friends of course.
I enjoy a wide spectrum of film topics. Old james bond, the pink panther, anything from Tarantino, old japanese flicks, anything animated from disney to japanese, of course anything dealing with fantasy (IE LOTR, etc)and sci fi. I even like chick flicks (a walk in the clouds/Don juan DeMarco). I'm not much of a horror fan but I do enjoy a few of the cult classics.
I make a point to block Fox network news. I simply despise George Bush and those touting his measures...I'm not even going to rant on that. I wanted to keep up with "hero" but maybe I can catch it all the next time around.
Currently I am reading: "The Astrology of Fate" Liz Greene and "Neptune, the 12th House and Pisces" Maurice FernaddezI was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Fernandez at a recent two-day workshop. I very much like his style and the entire concept of Evolutionary Astrology. Mr. Fernandez was quite comfortable in his role as speaker, competent and easy to listen/learn from. He could have made the topics addressed extremely difficult to grip but instead, he delivered the information in small, digestible packets. I would suggest attending his lectures to anyone interested in the subject matter.
My hubby. He never ceases to amaze me at all the things he can do. After that, my daughter. While we have had our differences she still makes me proud and I stand in awe of the woman she is becoming. My son who continually impresses me with the way he handles the world around him. My best friend Bobbie who keeps me motivated by allways alerting me to new and wonderful aspects of life. My next best friend John who is simply a pleasure to be around and one who loves everything in life and takes the small hurdles and downfalls as nothing more than tiny inconvenences. I am trully blessed.
