About Me

What's the crack with Wisdom teeth? DO they do anything useful? Other than completely wreck? I think they are like wasps- they exist purely to piss us off.Ok, so... I'm living in London at the mo. There are goods and bads- but it's probably the most exciting city in the world. I mean, most of the people are idiots- the Australian guys seem to think they own the place, just because our Queen still owns most of their services- and at least 40% of the people I have met don't speak English to a useful standard, and rush hour trains? Not nice... But one night I was crossing over the thames with my girl- fireworks were going off in the distance and there was a jazzplayer performing. Big Ben and Parliament were floodlit, and MI5 cut a rather dashing figure by the waters edge. Its hard to hate a city that has that. So I don't know what to think...Currently with a rather glam American called Meghan. She doesn't speak proper English yet, but i'm working on it.O yea, and I work in TV Advertising consultancy.OW!I edited my profile at Doobix.com Myspace Layouts

KARL MARX

Music:

Muse. Great Britain's only decent export at the mo.

Movies:

Many. I'm trying to remember how to enjoy films. Rather than just pointing out continuity errors. You wouldn't believe how many classics have accidental 'jump-cuts'. Shocking! But I dearly love 'The Third Man'. O, and 'Delicatessen' and 'The English Patient'. Films like 'City of God' are vastly overrated. Shock impact is too easy...

Television:

Television is bollocks, partly because the Beeb and others are too interested in recruiting untrained ethnic minorities and cute girls who lack technical awareness. Damn quotas lol. Trust me, i've met a lot of them. What I say is true! Just watch news shows, and see how many mistakes are on them.

Books:

Umberto Eco, Alan Clark, Tim Severin

Heroes:

Anyone who reaches the top despite adversity. Anyone who questions things that are just plain wrong. MLK, Karl Marx, and 'Kyle' from 'South Park', to name just a few...

Love experiment

I'm going to do a little experiment. Women always say 'where are all the nice guys?' and, 'I only ever seem to get with idiots'. Well, ever the fan of sociological issues, i'm going to investigat...
