That's what she said...

About Me

Thought this needed an update...I'm still not "officially" divorced but she's making it as nasty process now. So I'm just going to change my status here and call it good for now.

I am a dad to three wonderful children. One girl and two boys (in that order.) Anyone can be a father but it takes someone special to be a dad. I'm pretty sure I've achieved that level. I love to be adventurous and am willing to try most thing out at least once. I do have my limits though. I love to laugh and love helping others feel comfortable. It can take a time to open up, but once I'm open, watch out!

Most other things are on the other side of this page. I'm very open to what I have going on in my life. I have nothing to hide so if you have questions, you are only defeating yourself by not asking.

My Interests

Model building, singing, playing the piano, trains, computers, music, golly...a lot of things.

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet someone who is sincere with their thoughts and feelings. Someone who can go for a walk in the rain and not care what they look like when it's all done. Someone who can cuddle up with a movie and popcorn or go camping and be adventurous. Someone who knows when it's time to be calm and when it's time to be crazy! Someone who can laugh when needed and help others through tough times. Someone who can be a great friend and know when it's okay to allow someone to help them. It's good to have an ego, but know when to let it work to your advantage and when to drop it. If you need more info, let me know.

Also someone who wants to set themselves up for life. Get in early. Curious? Ask me.

Music:

Anything but country. It brings back bad memories of high school. I've been to the Les Misérables and Phantom of the Opera plays. Loved them.

Movies:

Action, adventure, drama, dramadies. The Time Machine, Gladiator, Back To The Future, Never Been Kissed. Anything with Nicolas Cage, Drew Barrymore, Julia Roberts. How is that for a list?

Television:

Lost, Survivor and Amazing Race. Never really got into primetime drama shows. Oh. And Football!

Books:

Action books. If it doesn't grab my attention in the first few chapters, I'll drop it.

Heroes:

Besides my mother, I really can't call anyone a 'hero' right now. No one has really stepped up to the plate. My children will always be heros in my life.
