Ill Omen Nation (formerly Mistral)

After a 4 year absence from the music scene, Finnish-Canadian Henrik Ryosa, formerly behind the solo metal project MISTRAL, has got the flame re-ignited and a new batch of songs kindling. After moving to Sweden in 2004, Henrik spent the next several years immersing himself in the pursuit of opening a studio from which to serve as the home base for his musical and artistic projects. From 2005-2008 he took a side trip to the arctic circle where he gained some new inspiration in unexpected ways, culminating in the creation of ILL OMEN NATION. Moving further south, Henrik bought a building for the studio in Oct 2008, which is now in the process of renovations. In January 2009 he finished producing ENSLAVEMENT OF BEAUTY's latest cd "The Perdition EP" and then began to settle back to work on his own material.ION aims to set a new standard for the way independent music is made and released. For one, it will all be FREE. Second, new tracks will be recorded and made available regularily, hot off the master! Also expect special video versions of selected tracks soon available on YouTube.
