WELCOME 2 MY WORLD...
I joined my first rap kru 'Microphone Lords' in Shirley late '02/early '03, at the age of 17, when I was informed by a mutual friend that ML were on the hunt for a female MC. The original members of the group were Full Force, Kalisn One, Phemay, Madness & Supreme. Later Trikky Trikkstah from Bromley jumped on board with us and Madness & Supreme departed. The five of us played alot of local community gigs and youth festivals such as LYFE & Sex in the Park, which provided a solid foundation for the years to come. Our lyrical content varied from raw street style rhymes to heartfelt tales of growing up in Christchurch to harsh freestyle battles against rivals. After two and a half years, each Mic Lord decided to venture off on their own separate paths. As we all took different creative avenues, we naturally grew apart.

In '05 the former Mic Lord, Trikky Trikkstah (who I had managed to stay in contact with despite the end of ML journey)and I formed a new kru by the name of 'Playbak Productionz', with new fresh talent on the scene, MC/Beatboxer Fluent (South Islands top beat-box champ, formally known as Fluent FX), and the young aspiring Beat-maker DJ Infectious (who later left the group due to creative differences to pursue his solo career), I still got love 4 you bro.
Recently I decided to leave Playbak Productions in search of new beginnings. This decision is not based on anything personal what-so-ever. It's been a long hard road with you guys over the past two years and I'm so grateful for the experiance we've shared, good times and bad. Trikky I got you man, stay up homie. I'll see you round the way, you know I'm still down make moves witcha!
So as of Christmas eve '07, am I a solo artist. I have a whole bunch of colaborations lined up for 2008 including Consiglio, Neo & Lady Lomac & Davel of Up In The Addic Productions, Topaz, Pesky One of Eternal Prophets, Skript of Harlequin House, MC Ruinz and more...
A massive thank-you to everybody who has supported me through this journey, I can't show enough gratitude through words but you all know who you are. It's time for me to fly solo and infiltrate 2008! Roll or get rolled over.
