Well, I'm a guy who just moved to Boston. I've spent the past year moving around (and apparently building up credit card debt). I was in Tallahassee, FL for the past five years before all of this. I was going to FSU, but I dropped out a few semesters from finishing due to personal issues. I sold my car, and most of my other things, and then went to Brazil for six months to do some volunteer work.
After that, I've been moving around. I've been all the way across the southern US from Florida to California, and then across the great northern portions of the US, and now I'm in Boston. If you haven't noticed, I'm not against moving around.
I'm going to be sticking it out here in Boston for a year or two minimum. My current goal is to get a decent job that is moderately short term and go back to Louisiana and get my crap from my mom's house. I know she would appreciate that at least. Oh, paying off my debt would be good too. At some point I'll go back to school and finish my degree. Having a dozen universities and colleges within an equal number of miles of me will help with that.
