Jeff Long is a producer/composer/keyboardist and audio engineer based in Cincinnati, Ohio. His style combines elements of jazz, blues, rock, soul, funk, country, and electronica. Jeff studied music history and theory at the College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati. As a performing musician, Jeff can be heard in a number of formal and informal settings in the Greater Cincinnati area. As a producer/composer, Jeff has produced music and audio for film, commercial television and radio, and has written music for many other artists, producers, and ensembles. Isorhythmic Productions offers full recording, mixing, and mastering services both in the studio and on-location.
With the Ian Ross Trio, Jeff plays Hammond organ and other vintage keyboards. The trio performs regularly in the Cincinnati and Akron, Ohio areas, and is currently working on original material for a new album.
Syndicate Big Shot & the Family Business, a vintage CBS funk outfit, can be heard whenever Benny Harnish is not out of the country on official Business.
