Paul Gordon has had an eclectic and successful career in theater, film and pop music. He was nominated for a 2000 Tony award for composing the music and lyrics to the Broadway musical Jane Eyre, directed by multiple Tony award winner, John Caird (Les Miserable, Nicholas Nickleby). Paul wrote and directed the film “Dirk and Betty†which premiered at the Hamptons Film Festival in 1999 and featured Marisa Tomei, Eric Roberts and Jonathan Silverman. In pop music Paul has had several number one songs and has been a writer for EMI, Warner/Chappell, Geffen, and MCA.
