Swimming, gardening, dancing, singing off key, laughing with my kids, cooking, eating, smoking (anything), listening to good music, watching movies, and nothin' beats a good day at the spa!
Old friends, and I'm open to meeting new ones. Oh, and I especially want to meet all of the crazy folks my kids have been talking about.
I like music to dance to and I like music to smoke to. Aretha Franlkin (she has almost as much soul as I do, and when I say 'soul' I mean cleavage), The Beatles, Led Zepplin, Santana, Pink Floyd, Cat Stevens, Moody Blues, Showtunes from the past (thats where my daughter gets it from), Etta James, Ella Fitzgerald, Norah Jones, Frank Sinatra, and lots of disco. Basicially I like what I like.
Anything by: Mel Brooks, Alfred Hitchcock, Peter Sellars and Monty Python. Again, I like movies to smoke to and movies to laugh to.
The Honymooners, I Love Lucy, The Carol Burnette Show, The Tracy Ulmman Show (old and new), The Gary Sanders Show, Old Saturday Night Live, Bill Mahr, Sienfeld, Court TV, News, Everybody Loves Raymond and Law and Order.
After 30 yrs + of reading to children, I'm still stuck with reading nursery rhymes all of the time. Its a good thing that I've memorized A Giving Tree, because I'm old and blind.
