About Me

I dig the cheesy love song. Yellow flowers make me happy. I pay attention to lyrics. I'm addicted to coffee and chocolate. I kiss my pets. (no tongue) I think about food a lot. I love shoes and purses. I feel gratitude for something each and every day. I'm extremely loyal to those I love. I want to spend more time in coffee shops writing. I used to love to do that. I should practice my harp more. Going out is not as fun as it used to be, but since I'm doing it less these days, I always seem to figure out how to make it a great time. If I was on a desert island I would choose fresh salmon sashimi for food, song by John Mayer or Vanessa Daou, movie Big Fish, flower yellow rose, perfume FlowerBomb, dessert chocolate almond milkshake from Oberweiss. I procrastinate a lot. I think I'm funny and witty. I like to make people smile and laugh. I'm a total optimist and pretty much always in a good mood. I like to smile. Oh and I love to laugh. I'm hungry all the time. I get paid to work out. Sometimes I wonder if my students every look me up on here. Or any men I have encountered (in real life, not in myspace land) who are debating about asking me out. (Do it!) : ) Music is a huge part of my life. I never really use salt. Sleep feels soooo good when you are tired. I like to bathe with bath bombs from Lush. I am extremely spiritual! I love my job more now then every. I love the connection between physics and spiritual laws. I've written in a journal for most my life. I am a good girl and raised by loving caring generous parents that are still very much in love. I consider myself a loyal loving friend, and believe my life is a journey of self discovery and growth. I never want to stop learning to be a better person. I love making people chuckle and hope my smile can be contagious. If I can cause someone have a better day, then to me, that is a good day. I'm pretty random. Did you get this far?

My Interests

Outdoors, beach, venti coffe with 2 pumps white mocha & 2 pumps peppermint, shoes, sushi, stoli O and soda, exotic travel, pets, nature, flowers, non-fiction books, food, MUSIC, songwriting/recording, harping out, dark chocolate, kabbalah.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet a maid that would clean my apartment for free. Why is it so hard to find balanced people? I'm all about surrouding myself with people who bring out the best in me, as I do them. Relationships based on love, not need. Wanna dive deeper? (if ya have a few hours to spare) ;) My blogs, long, I know. However they are big windows. They make me feel like I left my journal on a park bench. Scary but in a good way. One other thing, my "friends" are people I actually know. Music:

John Mayer (HUGE fan), FUNKADESI!!! Vanessa Daou, Madeleine Peyroux, 80's music, Madonna, Enya, Bob Marley, Prince, Etta James, U2, Tori Amos, Sting, Phil Collins, Maxi Priest, Kylie Minogue, Lauren Hill, India Arie, Flunk, Annie Lennox, Neyo, Gwen Stefani, Googoosh. Really... the list goes on and on. I like to change it up. I'm really big on lyrics that move me.

Movies:

Don't really go see movies much. Love the popcorn though. I watch the same 15 movies over and over. That's the extent of my dvd collections. Some of my favs in the rotation are Big Fish, The Notebook, Serendipity, About Last Night, Cocktail... see a trend here? Love the comedy love story. My life is a comedy love story actually :)

Television:

I will admit I like Judge Judy and People's Court. They are on when I come home for lunch. You may tease, but I've actually learned a bit about small claims court from these. The legal system fascinates me. Ever since I was a juror on a murder trial. Amazing experience!!! I don't try to get out of jury duty anymore. The real thing is way more exciting then the court sitcom. Oh, and also I Love New York and Girl's Next Door. Just stupid funny reality crap.

Books:

Digging the Kabbalah books these days. It's been working for me! When I really put it into practice things happen for me. It's pretty cool. The Secret is on top of my list right now. It seems to work like magic!

Heroes:

My parents. The most generous people ever. Who gave and gave, enough to teach me life isn't about "things". Thanks to them "I get it!"
