On A Break...
Well, it's been almost 3 years of derby and now it's time for a break. I recently found out that I have a serious back problem and a spine disease which means no more skating (at least for now). I helped start SVRG and am so happy that it is finally taking off and getting the attention that it deserves. I'm really disappointed that I can no longer skate and be a part of SVRG...I will miss a lot of the girls but I have to admit, I am looking forward to a break from rollerderby drama that goes along with all leagues :-). I hope my back will heal someday and I can play Derby again...maybe in Los Angeles, since I'm moving there soon.
