About Me

MyGen Profile Generator MyGen Profile Generator MyGen Profile Generator‘Jason Wright’s dedication to electronic music began at the very early age of 12. Being the youngest growing up in a large family his musical influences came from older brothers and sisters. At the age of 13 he purchased his first set of turntables and the doors opened for his musical journey to begin. As a bedroom dj Jason explored various musical genres from D n B to Trance, Hard House to Techno. After a couple of years of playing indoors he then took to the great outdoors. Jason was given opportunities to play large outdoor festivals to many house parties. At 15 Jason had begun producing his own music using various computer packages and various hardware. This lead Jason to study music production at college and by 16 he has set his mark firmly in the underground scene. Jason became one of the main organisers of beach, forest and warehouse raves. His passion for techno music has grown continuously over the last few years and jason states ‘ techno music has many sub genres but I don’t want to put my name to just one. I play what ever I feel is needed and have always got the best responses. It’s all about the music you play and the way you play it.’At present Jason is known for his residency at locals events. His sets are hard to go unnoticed as he joins forces with his very good friend James Auton. There b2k sets are heavily influenced by the Berlin hedonistic club culture, their sound ranging from underground to minimalist deep house to Detroit techno, they effortlessly have the dance floors filled from start to finish.Jason Wright now aims to explore even newer pastures and to continue to produce very high quality productions.
