Turntablist out of Colombia (South America) by the way of Houston TX. DJing for about a decade on whatever i coud get my hands on. Tape decks, home cd players, belt driven home turntables... Started "cuttin" on Technics sl-d2 automatic direct drive turntable (you know the one that would pick the tonearm and put it back on the holder when you were a little too heavy handed. Inittially got into anything hip-hop/dj because of DJ Jazzy Jeff. (i got a tape from a cousin, i didnt even know it was a dude moving a record back and forth but I couldn't stop listening to the funky ass break and crazy transform cuts. When I saw Videos of DMC battles I new that was what I wanted to do. I never learned to paly an instrument but allways wanted to make music. The turntable... an instrument... why the hell not! So I did it! Did parties all thrugh high school. Never had the right equipment. I did Hip-Hop how ever i could. Later did clubs (mainly radio stuff) and did mixtapes.Been influenced by Bob Marley, Jimmy Hendrix, Nirvana, Boogaloo Blues, Funk, Soul, Jazz and every DJ out there.Currently DJ or produce for : KTBP RADIO (MY CREW) Peekaboo Theory (MY BAND)
