Steven Clarke was born in Toronto. He grew up going back and forth from foster home to group home, transfering from school to school. You would think Steven is like most "foster child" stories going "A wall" eventually and doing whatever he can to make money to pay rent. Well this case is not one of them, Steven lived with his mother before going into foster care. And by being the observing young man he still is today he realized he needed a male figure (growing up with no father), a role model, an inspiration.
At the age of 5 steven would be inspired by the Ninja-Turtles to start his awe in the Martial Arts, in that same year he was always attracted by martial genres and eventually stumbled upon the revolutionary Bruce Lee. He fell in deep focus in Bruce Lee's expression of the Martial Arts; Steven would watch the same collection 24/7 mimicing his sound and moves. His mother did not mind, she knew it would keep him busy and out of trouble. Eventually Steven Clarke got into the martial arts the following year, and had already studied Japanese traditions such as Shotokhan, Ninjitsu, and Bushido.
As he got older he ventured into other styles of expressions such as Tae-Kwon-Do, Kung-Fu, Chinese Wrestling, Muay Thai, Jeet-Kun-Do, and Aikido. Not only did he venture into various fighting styles, Steven also delved into various religions, focusing mainly on Buddhism and Taoism to develop into who he is today.
In order to explore his body's limit(s), at the age of 18 wanted to explore his bodies limits even further so he started to browse into yet additional styles that were predicated upon using ones full potential. Coincidentally, he came across a Martial Artist named Joe Eigo that would later serve as a source of inspiration for Steven. Joe Eigo began training Steven Clarke in gymnastics. As training went by, Steven picked up relatively quickly. He then combined his gymnastics training with the disciplines of XSD(Xtreme Skills Development), and Wushu. This is where Steven would stumble upon a group of inspiring and highly talented Martial Artists known as Team Ryouko. This encouraged Steven to hone his craft even further and pursue his Dream of being a star Stunt Performer/Actor.
In line with his future goals, Steven Clarke is currently attending Randolph Academy of the Performing Arts. Similar to Wesley Snipes in Blade, Steven aspires to make a name for himself in the entertainment industry and represent for the small fraction of Black Afro-American stunt Actors. Definately keep your eyes on this rising star!
