Bob Dylan's "Blood on the Tracks" has been my favorite album since I was about 5 years old. The first CD I ever purchased was "August and Everything After" by Counting Crows, and it still gets regular rotation. Always on: Fiona Apple, Eva Cassidy, Jay-Z, Destiny's Child, The Beach Boys, DMB. New(ish) Favorites: Bright Eyes, Juanes, Natasha Bedingfield, Mates of State, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Chris Cubeta and the Liars Club. I WISH I could have seen in concert: Sublime (my favorite band), The Beatles, Elvis, Janis Joplin. I HOPE to see in concert: Billy Joel, Madonna, Jay-Z, Garth Brooks.
I have seen the following movies countless times and will NEVER tire of them: The Princess Bride, Center Stage, Forrest Gump, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Clueless, Meet Me in St. Louis, Bullets Over Broadway, Wayne's World, Crybaby, Dazed and Confused, Empire Records, Garden State, The Rock, Indiana Jones, Ocean's 11. Some of my favorite dramas are Crash, Requiem for a Dream, and Fight Club.
Sex and the City, Law and Order, What Not to Wear, Best Week Ever, Conan, Sportscenter. And unfortunately, I'd be lying if I didn't say basically every show on MTV.
My favorite book is Daisy Fay and the Miracle Man by Fannie Flagg, and I doubt I will ever find another book I could love more. Other favorites include Bel Canto, the Secret History, The World According to Garp, To Kill a Mockingbird, I Am Charlotte Simmons, Betsy-Tacy books, Harry Potter, Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood, A Long Way Down.
