In a nutshell, I am stuborn and have to be right. There are days when I'm convinced that everything is about me. Right now, I'm very focused on work but I'm starting to recognize that type of focus does come with a price tag. Balance is not an area I excel in.
As far as travel goes- I really haven't traveled enough. Places I want to visit: Portland and the surronding areas, Boise and/or parts of Montana (in the summer), Seattle, Salt Lake City. My favorite place that I've visited so far is New Mexico- I love that you can drive for about El Paso for 1 hour, pass White Sands and then go into the forest. When you travel in the midwest, scenery changes a lot more gradually.
It wasn't until I moved to El Paso when I realized what the phrase, "midwest sensibility" means. And it is so underrated. I've also gotton more interested in architecture and urban planning, something you learn to appreciate when you live in an area where it doesn't exist. That being said, I do enjoy everyone I've met in El Paso.. it has given me a different light in how I view the world.
As far as sports go, I'm not particularly coordinated so I do stay away from activites requiring a lot of skill so I stick with power walking and trying to jog, but I really enjoy walking a lot more.
