Now you may not think that an institution like Penn would ever be able to produce a subset of the student population awesome enough to have decent programming, but we've scraped around, been beaten down by """""THE MAN""""" (check out our history if you don't believe me), and distilled our essence into the sexy hourglass figure you see today.
