MyGen Profile Generator I started dj-ing drum n bass / jungle in 1997 having listened to the music from the early nineties. Going to the raves at an early age of 15 gave me the inspiration to take the whole thing more seriously - seeing the response from the crowd and the energetic atmosphere created by the music.My first playouts were mainly at house parties around my area, this gave me the chance to get my name about locally. Then in august 1999 I was asked to play on a local youth radio station with a few of my mates who were all involved either as DJs or MCs. This went on for a couple of months as the station only had a temporary license but was good experience for me. So after getting a taste of live broadcasting I was looking for another station to play on.It was then I was introduced to ukrumble, an internet radio station, by a couple of mates who had already been on rumble for about 3 years. This appealed to me as it went out to a worldwide audience. I began playing on ukrumble as a guest namely on DJ Kaptins Sunday night show with MC Carnage. When the station moved to Camden in 2001 the schedule changed and myself, Kaptin and Carnage began presenting our own shows on Wednesday night and once a month on a Saturday. In December 2003 I was very proud to be invited to the Accelerated Culture Peoples Choice Awards with the UKRumble team after we were nominated for the Best Internet Station Award for which we came 4th and was a great achievement for us all.Apart from ukrumble I have also guested on PFRadio.com, Life FM and Manorism Radio and have continued to play out at parties and clubs around London and Kent.My first club playout was at a weekly event at the Frontier Post Bexleyheath that was run by Vinyl Conflict. Other playouts have included Movement @ Bar Rumba, Five Sidaz @ Lantrys, Club Flava @ Old Kent Road, Bar Uno, Champion Soundz, Medusas in Brixton, Amorphous @ Goldsmiths in New Cross and Fizzy Wednesdays, Kings Cross.I also have now been presenting my own weekly show on Rude 88.2fm since May 2005. I am currently taking a short break from my weekly show due to work constraints but hope to return in early 2009 with some fresh productions to showcase under the "Able Danger" guise (myself, MR2 and Skinz) . I try and make my radio shows appeal to as many dnb headz as possible playing anything from soulful and liquid drum n bass right through to the darker side of the music, with my inspiration coming from the likes of loxy&ink, marcus intalex, digital, bad company, ed rush and optical to name just a few.Maximum respect to all my listeners and everyone who has supported and worked with me over the years, have to mention the likes of Carnage, MR2, Skinz, Gum, J- Swif, the UKRumble family, all the crew from Vinyl Conflict, T Mynus, Offkee, Digz, my girlfriend (for putting up with me!) and the whole Rude FM family for putting out the finest Drum n Bass across the South East!
