My interests are pretty basic. I like to dance (tap, modern, ballet) but I work so much I just have to dance around the house with my kid when I get home =) I like to read but it has to catch my attention within the first few pages or else I lose interest. My husband is very smart so tapping into his wealth of knowlege is interesting to me. He'll talk your ear off about anything that he's in to (Mustangs, computers, the Army). I also like to shop but I'm so good at talking myself out of buying things that there's really no point (unless I really need it).
I'm pretty satisfied with the people I know and I'm sure I'll get to meet lots more people in the future... As for famous people, well I would hate to ruin the mental image of how I already imagine my favorites to be. But if I had to pick one I would say Sandra Bullock because she just seems so down to earth.
I like music from all genres but sad mellow tunes are the best. I like Sarah McLachlan, Dido, Tori Amos and Mazzy Star. I get in to Cold Play, Nada Surf, Dunkin Sheik and all that depressing stuff. I never have gotten good at taking control of the CD player so I always end up listening to whatever my hubby wants (Metallica, Megadeth etc etc) And if it's not what he wants it's the guys I work with...
There's lots but here are the ones that stick out the most: Princess Bride, Dirty Dancing, Finding Nemo (although it's getting old), Big Lebowski and many more.
24, Friends, Lost, Sopranos, The Shield, House, Nip Tuck, Desperate Housewives
I've read many so I'll start from my favorites as a child and move up. the "Ramona" series, the "Alice In..." series, Heidi, Nancy Drew books, Little Pilgrim's Progress, Angela's Ashes, Edge of Eternity, Memoires of a Geisha, the Little House series and I used to read the "Fear Street" books.Currently reading The Green Mile, it's excellent (when I can find time to read!).
My parents are my biggest heros. I didn't know how much I loved them until I was away from them. I think God took the two most honest, sweet, devoted and dedicated people he could find and divinely placed them into each other's arms.
