DJ BEDTIME--Fuck the Club 3.0-quick mix on profile

Cutting classes senior year to hang out at ditch parties and watch the dj's spin, was the greatest education that this young Dj in 1991 could get. Soon he was hanging out at a friends' house who had a set of turntables and slowly learned to beat mix using double copies of the same record. After a couple of months he started to dj at neighborhood house parties. One house party turned into 2 and 3 and so on. Soon each weekend was filled with dj Bedtime and his crew racing to 4-5 house parties a night trying to get in a set at each one. Most of the time as soon as he ended a set, he would pack up, jump in the car, and race to the next party.
As his name started to get added to flyers, more and more people were recognizing him when he played out. In 1992-93 he started to set up his own raves and house parties in the inland empire and orange county. In 1994 bedtime got his first big break and started spinning on 107.1 skuzz FM. He played on Saturday nights and guest preformed on several others. He got to play house, freestyle, old school, and hip hop. He was involved with Skuzz FM for about 9 months and then moved onto dj'ing more raves and underground parties working hard to develop his style.
In 1996 he hooked up with promoter Luis Flores in Mexico and started to play clubs and break new house music in Tijuana and Rosarito every weekend. Dj Bedtime would find himself playing up to 4 different clubs in a single night by simply playing a spot and moving on to the next club 4 doors away. He did this for over a year. Soon that led to small clubs in nearby San Diego. He also started to play at clubs in the I.E. and east L.A. like Jungles, Picassos, Bobby Mcgees, Olgas, Peppers, the Hop and Safari bar as well as holding several short residences at various clubs.
This led bedtime to start sending out mixes to different radio stations across the southwest and having several mixes played on a host of different shows from Fresno to Phoenix. In addition, several dj bedtime promotional mixtapes/cd's were released at all events he played at. The ongoing promo-mixtape/cd series "Public Housing" (vol 1-3) became a local cult favorite.
After a few years on haitus, Bedtime is once again bringing his unique, multi genere, no holds bar style to so cal venues.
